Don't sweat it: To tell someone not to worry; Don't worry or stress about it; used to tell somebody to stop worrying about something;When people worry a lot, they can sweat. This became a popular way to tell someone not to worry.As in If we're a few minutes late he'll wait for us, so don't sweat it.
