I told you so: This is used when you already told someone something and it came true; This is commonly used when you give someone advice and they don't listen to you. Afterwards, the person you gave advice to did not get what they wanted, and if they had listened to you, they would have succeeded. In this case, you can use this expression.中文释义：I told you so 我早就提醒过你，我告诉过你。通常，当你给某人建议，但是他们没有接受。后来，他们没有达成所愿，但是如果他们听了你的建议，就会实现愿望。或者当某人不重视甚至忽视你曾经对他提出的建议或者警告，而最终事实证明你是对的时候，你说“I told you so. ”来批评他不听劝告或者固执等意思。相当于中文语境里的“不听老人言吃亏在眼前”。
