Actup：1、to behave badly ; to act in a way that is not polite or acceptable: （做事出格、鲁莽或表现不理智）；2、to become worse and to start causing pain or physical problems. （某种疾病恶化、某样东西失灵）中文释义："Act up"在美剧里面一般常见有两层意思：
一种是“做事上头了、过火了”，或者是做出某种出格的事不遭人待见。在美剧里，常用于小孩子捣蛋或者不听使唤时的场景。
另外一种意思是指：人身体内的某种疾病发作，或者老毛病犯了（如关节炎、痛风、腰肩盘突出），如果不采取治疗，会让人难以忍受。
