be (someone's)call: which means to be ultimately left up to someone to decide(表示把决定权留给某人) or used to mean that someone should be the one to make a decision about something.


中文释义:口语表达中,it’s my call/ it’s not my call 使用比较频繁。前者表示我可以决定的事情,后者常常是用来解释为什么自己不能做决定。例句:It's not my call, most of the time people use it in a place of long explanation on why they cannot do or decide certain things. 另外引申:It's your call=It's up to you. (由你决定)。
