Get the picture: To understand the real or overall meaning of a situation, without the need for further explanation(了解某事). Note: This expression is often used in when someone does not understand something immediately.中文释义：Get the picture在口语表达中多指：了解大概情况，清楚某事。也就是说，对某件事或者某种情形，心中有数。和汉语成语“胸有成竹”有点类似，但是不完全等同。比如某次大学四级考试过后，同学们能够通过多少人呢？老师去宿舍和同学们聊天了解他们的答题情况，心中有数了，这种情形就可以说老师get the picture。例句:Things are tough around here, and we need everyone's cooperation. Get the picture?（这里的事情不大好办，我们需要大家配合。明白吗？）
