for god's sake： 常用于口语表达，意思是：务必或者看在老天爷的份上，看在上帝的面子上。多指纯粹的感叹，可译为：天哪、我的天、卧槽、我擦、去你的…………例句：Could you just leave me alone, for goodness' sake?（我的天哪！ 你能让我一个人呆着吗？） Oh, for god's sake, this is my new dress and now it got stains.（我的天哪， 这是我的新买的衣服啊，现在弄脏了。）
