中文释义：ask sb out不是“要求某人出去”而是“约某人，约某人出去”的意思，比如约有好感的异性出去吃饭、看电影等，以期有进一步发展的机会。另外如果被约的人刚好有同样的感觉，就会go out with sb，所以go out with sb 表示“和某人约会，和某人交往，和某人谈恋爱”，然而和别人一起出去肯定会看某人吧，所以有be seeing sb也有 “和某人约会，和某人交往，和某人谈恋爱”的意思。
